Inpentacene-based PIN photovoltaic cells with a structure of ITO/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)/pentacene/pentacene:C60/C60/2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline/Al,the effects of thickness of hole transport and active layers on the PCE have been investigated. The thickness of morphologically-tuned pentacene layer crucially affected on the PCE in this work. The power conversion efficiency of about 2.5% has been achieved under standard AM 1.5 illumination (100mW/cm2). |
