제목 Preparation and properties of graphene-reinforced acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber nanocomposites
초록 Graphene(G) was produced by oxidation of natural graphite(GR) and subsequent reduction of graphene oxide(GO) by the modified Hummer’s method. The quality of GR, GO and G was assessed. G was then dispersed in the acrylo-nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) by solution mixing method. The physical properties of the nanocomposite was investigated. The results obtained were then compared with the properties of NBR-GO nanocomposite prepared by the same conditions. NBR-G composites were found to show extremely high cure efficiency,Yong’s modulus, and thermal stability behavior than the pure NBR and NBR-GO compounds. NBR-G-0.1phr attained an increment greater than 63, 79, 101 and 131% at strain level of 25, 50, 100 and 200% respectively, compared to NBR-GO-0.1phr. Also, NBR-GO compounds gained high ultimate tensile strength than NBR-G compounds, due to the strong polar-polar bonds between NBR and GO.
