Dissolution Characterization and Improvement of Aceclofenac Solid Dispersion with Water Soluble Polymer |

Aceclofenac is anti-inflammatory drug and is poorly soluble drugs of insoluble in water. Aceclofenac almost insoluble in water as soluble drugs due to low absorption of the drug in the body it is experiencing many difficulties medicine formulation. In this study, we prepared solid dispersions using the spray in addition drying used plasdone® C-15 of water solubility polymer and confirmed dissolution characteristics with improvement of drugs. Determination of solid dispersion was measured to evaluate the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), x-ray diffraction (XRD). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to analyze chemical changes of solid dispersion. These results aceclofenac increased the surface and improved the dissolution rate.
