제목 Spherical silica-organic hybrid materials built with only 3-aminopropyl and 3-mercaptopropyl siloxane
초록 Silica-organic hybrid materials containing mercaptan groups are of great interest considering their potential application in enviromental and biological fields. In previous sol-gel reactions, mercaptogroups were incorporated into silica sturctures by post-synthetic method or co-gelation. However, the fraction of mercapto groups in the products were limited because mercapto precursors only reacted with pre-formed silica network. In this report, we have prepared discrete spherical materials mainly (upto 100%) composed of 3-mercaptopropylsiloxane using different 3-aminopropyltrialkoxysilanes (APTAS) as catalysts and surfactants. Produced materials were characterized by different methods.
