제목 Preparation of PtCo/CNT based electrocatalysts in PEM fuel cells.
초록 Polymer-electrolyte membrane fuel cells are used as a clean alternative to generate power. As PEMFCs electrode, Platinum-based alloys with transition metals represents higher electrocatalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction than platinum only, and reduce the amounts of platium needed for fuel cell operation, thus lowering the price. In this study, characterization of carbon nanotube(CNT) supported PtCo electrocatalysts with Pt:Co different atomic ratio have been investigated. After CNT surfaces were functionalized, deposition process was carried out. Metal particle size and their dispersity were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HR-TEM). Pt : Co composition ratio in electrocatalysts was evaluated by Energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). And cyclic voltammetry (CV) tests were performed to analyse the catalytic activity of each electrocatalysts. Detaild Data and results will be shown in the poster presentation.
