The Evaluation of Bone Differentiation Ability of Rat Adipose Stem Cells on DBP Sponges |

DBP is composed of collagen, calcium and proteoglycan. It is used biomaterials in the field of tissue engineering. ASCs’s is Adipose stem cells were easily obtain from Adipose in body. In this study, we fabricated natural biomaterial sponges using 1, 2 and 3% of DBP. ASCs were seed on DBP sponges and confirmed the effects of adhesion and proliferation. And, we confirmed cell attachment, proliferation and Osteogenesis by the SEM, MTT and ALP assay, bone differentiation expose by RT-PCR in vitro. Histological examinations were performed at 1 and 8weeks after implantation DBP sponge showed the effect of bone Differentiation in vivo from H&E staining. These results suggest that DBP, natural material, provide suitable environment to ASCs and proper content affect on culture condition to improve Bone Differentiation.
