| 제목 | The preparation of TGF-β1/LMC conjugates and chondrocyte proliferation in vitro |
| 초록 | It is known well that the biological activity of TGF-β1 is measured the differentiation and the proliferation of chondrocytes. And it also promotes the type II collagen production in chondrocytes. The conjugate of TGF-β1 and LMC (Low Molecular weight Chitosan) was prepared and characterized in this investigation. The conjugate of TGF-β1/LMC was treated with chondrocytes isolated from human and then the rates of chondrocytes proliferation treated were analyzed with CCK-8 reagent. |
