제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Polysexithiophene derivatives for OTFTs
초록 In this paper, we report the synthesis and characterization of polysexithiophene derivative for their behavior as FET semiconductors. The new polymer was prepared by a Suzuki coupling reaction. The new polymer was characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, elemental analysis, and GPC. Their thermal properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). And their Spectroscopic and Electrochemical properties investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), UV-vis and Photoluminescence (PL). It showed high thermal stability with 5% weight loss at 290 °C and fabricated into the device by solution process. FET devices showed a charge carrier mobility of 0.022 cm2/Vs and on/off ratio of 105 and some morphology will be discussed.
