The study of mechanical and electrical properties of epoxy composites fiiled with vitrimer and Mulltiwalled carbon nanotubes |
초록 |
The epoxy / vitrimer composites was fabricated using fatty acid for flexible of epoxy composites. The effect of vitrimer on curing behavior and glass transition temperature(Tg) of epoxy resin were analyzed using Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC). For high electrical conductivity of composites, various length and diameter of MWCNT was used as a conductive filler. We confirmed that percolation threshold of epoxy / vitrimer composites as a function of MWCNT content by Dielectric Analysis(DEA). The high aspect ratio(L/D) of MWCNT show the low percolation threshold due to the decrease of insulation distance and improvement of electron hopping between conductive fillers. The mechanical properties of vitrimer filled epoxy composites were measured by Universal Testing Machine(UTM). The flexural strain of vitrimer filled epoxy composite was significantly increased due to the chain flexibility of vitrimer. |
