All Solution-processed Flexible Organic Thin Film Transistors with Electrodes of Highly Conductive Polyaniline Doped with Camphour Sulfonic Acid in meta-Cresol |
| 초록 |
Solution-processable Polymer electrode was introduced for flexible organic thin film transistors. Conducting polyaniline solution were successfully fabricated by interfacial polymerization and doped with camphour sulfonic acid in meta cresol solution and characterized by IR, 4-probe measurement, AFM etc. Simple device structure as polymer gate electrode/gate dielectric/organic semiconductor/polymer electrode was designed to compare the device performance with polymer electrode and gold electrode in OTFT. |
