제목 Molecular design for long lifetime with high efficiency blue thermally activated delayed fluorescent devices
초록 We have designed and synthesized two deep blue TADF emitters of 9,9'-(5-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-1,3-phenylene)bis(9H-carbazole) (DCzTrz) and 9,9',9'',9'''-((6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl)bis(benzene-5,3,1-triyl))tetrakis(9H-carbazole) (DDCzTrz). Two emitters, DCzTrz and DDCzTrz, accomplished high quantum efficiency of 17.8% and 18.9% and lifetime up to 80% of initial luminance of 5 h and 52 h at an initial luminance of 500 cd/m2 as blue TADF emitters. The color coordinates of (0.15, 0.15) and (0.16, 0.22) to the DCzTrz and DDCzTrz devices, respectively.
