제목 Facilitated olefin transport membranes comprising silver nanoparticles stabilized by polyvinylpyrrolidone and poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline)
초록 Partially positively charged surface of silver nanoparticles has been considered to interact with olefin reversibly and be active as an olefin carrier for facilitated olefin transport membranes. The activated surface of silver nanoparticles led us to apply it for facilitated transport membranes in olefin/paraffin separation. Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) helps the surface of silver nanoparticles be polarized positively, resulting in high selectivity for propylene/propane mixtures. Silver nanoparticles stabilized by PVP were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and surface plasmon resonance peak of UV-Vis spectroscopy. The surface charge of Ag NPs was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and reversible interaction between silver and propylene was verified by FT-IR spectra.
