제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Energetic Prepolymer of Glycidyl Dinitropropyl Formal(GDNPF)
초록 We synthesized energetic prepolymer of glycidyl dinitropropyl formal(GDNPF) binder for plastic-bonded explosive and measured its thermodynamic parameters for polymerization. Glycidyl dinitropropyl formal as a monomer was epoxidated from allyl-2-2-dinitropropyl formal which is reacted with dinitropropyl alcohol and exess allyl alcohol, and then energetic polymer of glycidyl dinitropropyl formal(GDNPF) was polymerized by cationic ring opening polymerization. The unreacted monomer concentration through polymerization were measured by GC. Thermodynamic parameters were obtained from the ceiling temperature(Tc) values of 1 mole monomer at reaction temperature. We varied feed rate of monomer, concentration of initiator and monomer to control molecular weight and polydispersity of prepolymer(GDNPF). The activated monomer polymerization has been executed with precisely controlled feed of GDNPF monomer to reactor in the complex state catalyst generated by BF3.(C2H5)2 and 1,4-butanediol in C2H4Cl2 Number average molecular weight(Mn), polydispersity, hydroxy number and glass transition temperature of prepolymer(GDNPF) were 2,500~3,500, 1.30~1,50, 0.7~0.8eq/kg and -25~-30℃ respectively.
