제목 OrganicInorganic Hybrid Materials Prepared by Sol-Gel Processing Method for Photonic and Electronic Applications
초록 Functional organic-inorganic hybrid materials based on silane-containing inorganic precursors and diol compounds were synthesized by non-hydrolytic sol-gel reaction. Non-hydrolytic sol-gel reaction was performed at 80oC and followed by thermal condensation and elimination of methanol as a byproduct. By varying the composition in the reaction mixtures, materials properties such as optical absorption, wettability, dielectric constant, thermal stability, photo-patterning possibility and refractive index can be adjusted. We carefully measured photonic and electronic properties of the thin films of these organic-inorganic hybrids, which significantly improved the data reported thus far.
