| 제목 | In Vitro Study for Adsorption of Antibiotics on Activated Charcoal |
| 초록 | The adsorption of several antibiotics, Furaltadone, Oxytetracycline, and Tetracycline from aqueous solutions on activated charcoal was studied in vitro experiments simulating pH in gastric environment. By using Langmuir isotherm. The isotherm parameters indicated a strong adsorption and activated charcoal in terms of binding strength. The results demonstrate that the concomitant use of antibiotics and charcoal should be avoided. |
