Efficient reaction pathways for the synthesis of cephalotaxus troponoids |
| 초록 |
One of the norditerpenoids compound, Harringtonolide, has been isolated from the Cephalotaxus genus. They have a compact tetracyclic architecture with a cis-fused tricyclic ring bearing several contiguous stereogenic centers. They have shown interesting biological activities such as plant growth inhibitory, antiviral, and antineoplastic activities. In this study, we will report the synthesis of cis-fused tricyclic ring and its further reactions. From the cis-fused intermediate, tetracyclic compound will be prepared with shorter steps and higher yield than previously reported methods. |
