제목 Influence ofNitrogen/Carbon Structure on the Stability of Immobilized Ruthenium Catalystsfor CO2 Hydrogenation to Formate​
초록 CO2utilization is a promising strategy for achieving a sustainable circular-carboneconomy. Herein, we report the catalytic behavior of nitrogen-doped carbon(NC)-immobilized ruthenium (RuCl3) catalysts for CO2hydrogenation to formate. The NC supports were prepared using a facileionothermal carbonization process. The total N content and pyrrolic-Nstructures decreased with increasing carbonization temperature, whereas thegraphitic-N structures increased. The optimized 2Ru/NC750 catalyst showedexcellent reaction performance and good stability over five cycles. TheHRSTEM and XPS analyses along with DFT calculation results attributed the excellentstability of the catalyst to thestrong binding of Ru-species to the pyrrolic and pyridinic-N sites.
