제목 Composited poly(methyl methacrylate) and TiO2 microspheres fabrication with controlled morphologies and porosity by electrospraying.
초록 We fabricated porous PMMA/TiO2 composited microspheres by electrospraying. In this study, we used DCM and Hexanol as the solvent and co-solvent. Several parameters were considered to control morphology and resultant microspheres were observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). each microsphere samples were analyzed by porosimeter and relative humidity was confirmed as strongest parameter for porosity. EDX data confirmed TiO2 was well distributed throughout composite microsphere. The resultant PMMA/TiO2 microspheres had a spherical morphology, a highly porous structure and distributed TiO2 nanopowders in PMMA/TiO2 composite microspheres. We believe that the porous PMMA/TiO2 microspheres can potentially be employed for the catalyst carriers, sensors, and cosmetics.
