제목 Characterization of inverted organic solar cells by incorporation with Graphene Oxide doped Zinc Oxide as electron transfer layer
초록 ZnO electron transfer layer(ETL) incorporated with different amount of graphene oxide(GO) is prepared to improve the efficiency of the inverted organic solar cells and their performances are investigated. The surface morphology of GO doped ZnO ETL was depended on the 0.5wt% GO in aqueous solution content. The results show that the inverted organic solar cell incorporation with 3wt% GO solution in ZnO ETL demonstrate a higher power conversion efficiency than without GO solution in ZnO ETL. The GO doped ZnO ETL fabricated in this study were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD), Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscope(FE-SEM), UV-Vis Spectroscopy, Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM) and External Quantum Efficiency(EQE).
