Synthesis and Cosmetics Applications of Zinc Oxide Micro Structures |

In this study, ZnO microplates were synthesized by solvothermal method at 150°C under constant stirring for 2 hours using zinc chloride as precursor. In order to apply the samples as cosmetic products, the surface treatment of the sample was conducted using steric acid. Finally, the UV protection properties of the samples were evaluated under the formulation of cosmetic products. |
