초록 |
The major issues involved in the application of polycarbonate (PC) film on optical substrate are its poor thermal and chemical resistance: The transparent polycarbonate film loses its optical clarity on the processing solvents and the dimensional stability even on relatively low temperature. Therefore, in order to improve the substrate processibility of PC film, the crosslinkable epoxy moiety was incorporated into polycarbonate via trans-esterification with diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A. The modified polycarbonate was crosslinked with amine curing agent and the molecular structure and properties of the crosslinked polymer were characterized using GPC, DSC, TMA, and UV-VIS respectively. And the effects of crosslinking on the properties of PC were discussed. |
