Formulation and Processing of Dielectric Inks for All Printed TFT |

One of the greatest challenges for the all printed electrical circuits is formulation and processing of dielectric inks. In this presentation, using both the sol-gel process and in situ interconnected polymerization, two different formulations of dielectric solutions will be introduced that low in cost, easy to deposit, and process good dielectric properties. After printing the dielectric layers by inkjet or gravure printers, the printed layers have the maximum dielectric constant of 20. The dielectric property at frequencies for 20Hz to 100kHz was determined by using an LCR meter. |
