제목 The Way of Roll to Roll Printed 13.56 MHz RFID Tags on Plastic Foils
초록 Roll to roll (R2R) Printed electronics will be a pathway toward the mass production of ultralow-cost RFID tags for item-level tracking of consumer goods. Here, I would like to report our current progress in developing all printed and R2R printable RFID Tags: Using conducting silver inks, electrodes, wires and passive components with a typical resistance of 1.4 mΩ/sq/mil were simply roll to roll printed on plastic films with the speed of 5 m/min. Simultaneously, all R2R printed TFTs with mobilities of 0.03 ~ 2 cm2/Vs with on-off ratio of 100 ~ 5000 under DC 10 V power supply were achieved and used them to construct inverters and ring oscillators. Furthermore, all printed conducting polymer based non-volatile 4 bit memory cell was constructed on PET foils and demonstrated its stable performance. Consequently, I will demonstrate our way for attaining 13.56 MHz operated all printed and R2R printable RFID Tags.
