| 제목 | Preparation of edible film for rapid absorption at submucosal using soluble starch |
| 초록 | In order to design the oral dosage form for the treatment of the asthma and the bronchial tube, the hydrocloric acid ambroxol loaded thin film was prepared. The main aim of this study is to optimize the treatment effect of hydrocloric acid ambroxol which shows short half-life in plasma and to promote the drug absorption shortly after the administration without water. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA, MW; 30,000 ∼ 70,000g/mple), hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), xanthan gum and locustin beam gum were adequately mixed based on the formulation. In vitro release test was preformed to examine the release profiles of the prepared film in PBS. Morphological observation was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). From the preliminary study, the film-type delivery system for hydrocloric acid ambroxol shows the advantages from the view points compliance of adminstration.
