제목 The evaluation Solvent Resistance of cured polyvinyl silazane for the application of Microfluidic Devices
초록 We reportresistance of poly(vinyl silazne)(PVS)against solvents; thisdurability is important in considering the potential of PVS-based microfluidic devices in a number of application, especially including that of microreactors for organic solvent. When cured PVS was soakes inseveralkind of organic for 100 hours swelling ratiosmeasured experimentally were shown as follows immediately measuredlength of cured polymer after soaking in the solvent (30m, 60m, 90m, 120m, 150m, 180m, 24h and 100h) and length of cured polymer before soaking in solvent respectively. Therefore, These PVS derived microfluidic will be useful for microchemical reaction system.
