제목 Characteristic analysis of natural antioxidant agent-encapsulated Chitosan Microsphere for protection against ROS and enhanced bioavailability
초록 The reactive oxygen species (ROS) have been caused to many diseases and aging in human life-span. To solve these issues, natural anti-oxidant used for the removal of ROS has a potential such as immune effect, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxide, anti-cancer effective and low toxic. However, one self of antioxidant has a problem such as low bioavailability in body and high toxicity. To overcome these problems, we prepared to natural antioxidant-encapsulated chitosan microsphere (AECM) by using spray dry method. Its chemical structure was analyzed by 1H-NMR and FT-IR. Also, morphological property and particle size of AECM were observed by SEM, which showed that had a spherical shape and 2 ~ 8 ㎛ size. and, its cytotoxicity was accomplished by MTT assay and it confirmed that had not toxicity. These results suggest that AECM can effectively remove to ROS with low toxicity and enhanced bioavailability. (NRF-2016H1D5A1910499).
