제목 | Additivity Factors Analysis of Compositions in TeO2-Li2O-ZnO Glass System Determined from Mixture Design |
초록 | In this study, the additivity factors of compositions to density and glass transition point (Tg) in xLi2O-(1-x)((1-y)TeO2-yZnO) (0<x<20, 0<y<20) glass system were analyzed by using mixture design, and the change of ionic conductivity with density and Tg was discussed. As a method to expect the relation between glass structure and ionic conductivity, the density was measured by Archimedes method. Glass transition point was analyzed to expect the relation between ionic conductivity and bonding energy between alkali ion and non bridge oxygen (NBO). The relation equation showing additivity factor of each composition to two properties was following: Density(g/cm3) = 2.441Li2O + 5.559TeO2 + 4.863ZnO Tg(℃) = 304.5Li2O + 581.5TeO2 + 594.7ZnO |
