Work-function engineering of graphene-based anode interfacial layers via in-situ formed metal oxide nanoparticles |
초록 |
Polymer-fullerene based bulk heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells are the highly promising candidates for cost-efficient next generation power source because of their properties including simple fabrication procedure, low-cost materials, and physical flexibility. Among various issues for commercialization of BHJ solar cells, development of promising interfacial layer replacing strong acid poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly (styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) has been emerged to improve efficiency. In this study, as an alternative to PEDOT:PSS, we demonstrate transition metal oxide nanoparticles decorated onto reduced graphene oxide sheets in polymer solar cells. |
