제목 Structrual, Wetting Properties of Containing Rare-Earth Metals in Phosphate Glass
초록  Hydrophobic materials in Harsh environment are required in various social sectors. Especially, in the case of glass with hydrophobic can use in automobile, glasses, etc. Through a lot of research, rare-earth metals come out hydrophobic. They are unfilled 4ƒ obital and filled 5s2p6. Also, Filled obitals is located outside unfilled orbitals. Because of this property, Hydrophobicity in rare-earth metals is indicated. So we added rear-earth metals to the phosphate glass and valued the wetting properties of a glass surface of the water. Then, we observed whether hydrophobicity and glass strucrture are associated through FT-IR.
