제목 Synthesis and properties of conjugated polyfluorenes containing photo cross-linkable units
초록 Recently, photolithography of light-emitting conjugated polymers has attracted much scientific interests because it can make fine color pixels of polymer light-emitting display (PLED). In this study, we have synthesized new blue-light emitting polyfluorene (PF) derivatives containing photo cross-linkable units which can form fine patterns by irradiation of UV light. The polymers were synthesized through the Suzuki coupling polymerization using a palladium catalyst, and their cross-linking, pattern forming and also light-emitting properties have been studied by using optical microscope, UV/visible spectroscopy, photoluminescence and electroluminescence. We confirmed that these polymers were photo cross-linkable and formed fine patterns after lithographic processes.
