Organic photovoltaic cells(OPVs) fabricated by solution processing have many advantages, due to their low cost and easy fabrication process as well as mechanical flexibility over conventional solar cells. In order to achieve highly efficient OPVs, one of the challenging tasks. The conducting polymer poly(3,4 ethylenediox-thiophene):poly(styrene-sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS) has been widely used as an interfacial layer or a polymer electrode in organic photovoltaic devices and light-emitting diodes. In the present study, variation of the conductivity of PEDOT:PSS films were measured with different concentration of mixed organic solvents. Introducing mixture of organic solvents such as N,N-Dimethylformamide (DMF) and Dimethylacetamide (DMA) with PEDOT:PSS for transparent conductive layer in OPVs derives enhanced properties depending on the process conditions. |
