제목 Patterned organic semiconductors for Large Area Ferroelectric Memory Arrays
초록 Organic semiconductor of the electric device such as organic transistor and memory has drawn a great attraction due to its mobility determining the device performance. The work presents a growth of controllably patterned crystalline triisopropylsilylethynyl pentacene (TIPS-PEN) and polymer composite via Selective Contact Evaporation Printing (SCEP). Further crystallinity controls such as thermal and solvent vapor annealing are investigated for crystallinity control. Top gate contact memory applications with ferroelectric P(VDF-TrFE) show the characteristic volatile property with On/Off ratio and data retention of 105 and 200min, respectively.
