제목 Preparation and Application of a High Molecular Weight UV-Stabilizer Based on Derivatives of Benzophenone and HALS
초록 The addition of light stabilizers is most convenient and effective way to combat photo oxidation in polymers. The derivative of benzophenone containing polymerizable group was synthesized reacting 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone with acryloyl chloride. And this monomeric compound(A) was homopolymerized and copolymerized with MMA. The synthesized poymers were investigated as UV-stabilizers. PVC was selected as a target polymeric material to measure the UV-stabilization. The other monomeric compound(B) was synthesized reacting 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethylpiperidinol with methyl methacrylate. The monomeric compound(B) was copymerized with the compound(A) and MMA. The synthesized polymer were also investigated as UV-stabilizers.
