Preparation of blood compatible drug eluting stent with nitrogen doped TiO2 film by using PECVD method |
| 초록 |
Nitrogen doped TiO2 thin film was deposited onto metallic stent surface by using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method in order to use drug-combining matrix for the preparation of blood compatible drug-eluting stent. The deposited N-TiO2 film was modified using water vapor plasma to enhance hydroxyl groups (-OH) for effective drug grafting. The optimal modification time, RF discharge power and water vapor flow rate were investigated for the drug grafting. This film was blood compatible and effective for grafting of drug compounds onto the coated surface. |
