제목 | Synthesis of nano-aggregate to enhance solid state fluorescence and immunofluorescence labeling. |
초록 | Theimmunofluorescence labeling is one of the technique used in the bio-sensorfield utilizing the antigen-antibody interaction. As a signaling moiety, chromophores are chosen from the inorganic quantum dots andorganic fluorescent molecules. Inorganic quantum dots have the superiorphysical and chemical stability, high quantum efficiency, and high molarextinction coefficient, but their usage dots is limited because of theirtoxicity to the living cells. Organic fluorescent molecules in the solutionstate show excellent fluorescence efficiency, however, their fluorescenceefficiency in the solid state decrease abruptly. The purpose of this study isto increase the fluorescence efficiency of the organic molecules in the solidstate, to fabricate nano particles, and to utilize in the immunofluorescencelabeling. |
