Drug delivery applications silicon quantum dots |

This photoluminescencewas derivatized with camptothecinand fractured by ultrasono-method to give silicon. Optical characteristic release of CPT and change were measured by UV-vis and reflectance spectrometer, respectively. The intensity of differential peak from the silicon nanoparticles is increased with a drug release.-This research was supported by Basic Science Research Programthrough the National Research Foundation of Korea(NRF) fundedby the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology(grant number). |
