제목 DBR Porous silicon Biosensors using red laser an hight source for the detection of CRP
초록 Distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) porous silicon (PSi) exhibiting unique reflectivity was successfully obtained by an electrochemical etching of silicon wafer using square current waveform. The system was probed with various fragments of an aqueous C-reactive protein (CRP) analyte.CRP is so named because it is able to affect precipitation of somatic C-polysaccharide of Streptococcus pneumonia. Molecular binding was detected as a shift in wavelength of reflection peaks. This research was supported by Basic Science Research Program through the National Research Foundation of Korea(NRF) fundedby the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology(grant number).
