Identification of active site in Mo3S13 nanocluster for electrochemical hydrogen production |
초록 |
Mo3S13 from amorphous MoS3 were deposited on oxidized CNT to prepare highly efficient electrocatalyst for electrochemical hydrogen production. During the reaction, transition process of Mo3S13 from MoS3 were investigated. As synthesized Mo3S13/O-CNT shows excellent electrochemical HER performance and stability for 1,000 cycles with low overpotential at 10 mA/cm2 (-137 mV) and Tafel slope (40 mV/decade).Electrochemically active sites of Mo3S13/O-CNT nanocomposites were identified by heat treatment. Control of sulfur configuration such as bridge S, apical S, and terminal S in structure of Mo3S13 were observed depending on temperature. The electrochemical HER activity of Mo3S13/O-CNT were also varied due to the configuration of sulfur. |
