Perovskite solar cells (PeSCs) have attracted much attention as next generation photovoltaics owing to their high power conversion efficiency (PCE) and low cost. In parallel with rapid increase of PCE, semitransparent PeSCs have been considered as promising approach for special application such as highly efficient tandem cell and building integrated photovoltaics (BIPVs). In this work, we fabricated ITO-free semitransparent PeSCs by using thin metal layers to replace ITO, which is not an ideal material for realization of PeSCs. Effect of electrical and optical characteristics of electrodes on the performance has studied to optimize ITO-free semitransparent PeSCs. Furthermore, control of interfacial layers for the improvement of stability also will be discussed. |
