Dendropanax morbifera Leveille (DML), indeciduous latifolious tree only grows in the coastal area in the south region of Korea, such as Haenam, Wando and Jeju island. As nature extracts, DML extracts exhibit diverse biological and pharmacological activities, including anti-oxidative and anti-cancer activities, hepatoprotection, immunological stimulation, and bone regeneration. In this study, we examined the concentration effect of DML extract on cellular activities using various analytical methods. Our results clearly displayed that DML extract induced a positive effect on osteoblast regeneration and proliferation. |
