Charged biopolymers, for example neurofilament, tau proteins, etc., are often adsorbed or grafted on the macroions interplaying the macromolecular interactions. The physical change in polymer conformation depending on environment frequently serves as a key mechanism controlling the structural stability of biological compartments and their functions. However, it is very difficult to understand the molecular mechanism of these systems due to their small size, and complexity. To tackle this problem, we are developing a better sampling strategy which can fill up the energy landscape from finite data set produced. In this talk, I will talk on this strategy and applications to real systems. |
