Electrospun Chitosan/PVP/Red Cabbage Nanofibers as a pH Indicator for Food Packing Materials |
초록 |
An efficient nanofibers composed of chitosan was developed by the electrospinning method using polyvinly pyrrolidone and red cabbage as a precursor and a pH indicator, respectively. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, thermogravimertic analysis, and the Brunauer-Emmet-Teller method. We found that the chitosan/PVP/red cabbage fibers could efficiently applied as a pH indicator for the food packing materials. |
