제목 Fabrication of non-covalent functionalized graphene (composite films) with surfactant via ball milling process.
초록 Graphene has potentials for various industrial applications for its superior electrical and optical properties. Homogeneous dispersion of graphene in organic media is prerequisite for obtaining homogeneous reductive graphene oxide (rGO)-polymer composites. In this study, the graphene-nanoplatelets(GNP) was surface modified by oxidation with KOH via ball milling process, which was followed by chemical reduction of non-covalent functionalized GO with surfactant (SDBS, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate) for enhancement of dispersion stability. The solubility of rGO was improved by in situ reduction of graphene oxide modified with surfactant. Several experimental parameters such as GNP/KOH ratio, milling time and speed were investigated to achieve the high dispersion stability SDBS-rGO in organic media. It was confirmed that the dispersion of SDBS-rGO was enhanced, and the electrical and that optical properties of SDBS-rGO composite films are better than those of non-treated-rGO films.
