제목 Preparation and Characterization of Epoxy Silane-modified Silica/Polyurethane-urea Nanocomposite Films
초록 Nano-sized silica particles modified by 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GOPS) were fabricated, and which was blended with polyurethane-urea (PUU) emulsions. The properties of blended composite films were investigated by varying the content of modified silica particles and surface density of GOPS. Thermo mechanical properties of nanocomposite films and dispersibility of the surface modified silica were studied in terms of the thermal crosslinking effect between the silica and PUU matrix by using DSC, DMA, TEM, XRD, and 29Si-NMR-CP/MAS.
