제목 Methyl methacrylate and ethyl acrylate Nanoparticles fortified with HPMC by Redox polymerization
초록 Methyl methacrylate(MMA):ethyl acrylate(EA)1:1 copolymer is widely used in aqueous sustained release coating of pharmaceutical field. However, the film properties of MMA-EA=1:1 copolymer is brittle and breakable so it needed to use plasticiser such as propylene glycol. To improve film properties of acryl copolymer, HPMC (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) is used as a polymeric emulsifier in the redox polymerization in emulsion system of methyl methacrylate(MMA) and ethyl acrylate(EA). The prepared HPMC-fortified MMA-EA copolymer can be applied to sustained release coating.
