Photo-and Thermal-responsive cubic phase were prepared by incorperating Poly(Hydroxyehyl acrylate-co-Coumaroyl acrylate-co-Octadecyl acrylate) (P(HEA_co_AC_co_ODA)). firstly, P(HEA_co_AC_co_ODA) was synthesized by free radical polymerization. Secondly, cubic phase was prepared by hydrating molten MO. P(HEA_co_AC_co_ODA) was prepared with moral ratio of 99:0:1, 98:1:1, 96.5:2.5:1, 94:5:1 separately. The size of polymer was measured Dynamic light scattering (DLS). Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) photo shows that the cubic phase was synthesis success Synthesis of polymers and cross linkers with more biocompatibility and better biodegradability would be essential for successful applications. These Photo-and Thermal responsive cubic phase have great potential as carrier of drug delivery and therapeutic. |
