제목 Polypeptide Diblock Copolymers: Synthesis and Characterization of Poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-b-poly(l-lysine)
초록 A new bioconjugate hybrid system between poly 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (PHEMA) as a synthetic polymer segment and a peptide segment, poly L−lysine (PLYS) was synthesized by the combination of atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and ring opening polymerization (ROP) of Nε−(carbobenzoxy)−L−lysine N−carboxyanhydride (LYS−NCA). Four different (PHEMA−b−PLYS) hybrid co-polymers with molecular weight range of 10000−30000 had been prepared by varying the monomer to macroinitiator ratio. Polymers were characterized by Gel permeation chromatography and various spectroscopic studies.
