The secondary structure effect on three dimentional human fibroblast culture and wound healing |
초록 |
For wound healing, the synthesis polymer is very useful. It has to have biocompatibility and mimic biomaterials. Poly(ethylene glycol)-L-alanine is a promising materials for skin and wound healing. We revealed its biocompatibility and effects on fibroblast in vitro. Furthermore, the polymer were nontoxic in vivo and help wound healing process in vivo study. |
