제목 Electrospun Polyurethane Block Copolymers with Shape Memory Effect
초록 Shape memory polyurethane block copolymers composed of 4,4'-methylenebis-(phenylisocyanate), poly(tetramethylene glycol), and 1,4-butanediol as a chain extender were synthesized by a two step process. In this work, we synthesized shape memory polyurethane(PU) block copolymer of three different composition of hard segment to soft segment as 50/50, 40/60 and 30/70(v/v). Each copolymer was dissolved in N,N- dimethyleneformamide (DMF) and tetrahydrofuran(THF) and was electrospun. Electrospun membranes of PU block copolymers were prepared with diameter in the range of submicron by varying the different processing parameters such as concentration, voltage and tip-to-collector distance(TCD).
