Facilitated Olefin Transport Membranes UsingChemically Activated Copper Nanoparticles with Ionic Liquids |
초록 |
Copper nanoparticles chemically activated by the ionic liquid played a role as a carrier for facilitated olefin transport. The ionic liquids can induce the surface of copper nanoparticles to be partially positively charged. High mixed gas selectivity of propylene/propane mixtures indicated that the positively charged surface of the copper nanoparticles by ionic liquids was able to act as an olefin carrier for the facilitated olefin transport. In addition, we found that copper oxide nanoparticles can also play as carrier for olefin separation by being partially positively charged on the surface likewise copper nanoparticles. It is concluded that copper and copper oxide nanoparticles can also be used as olefin carrier for facilitated olefin transport and are expected to be more durable with time. |
